Delivery and Returns
We will be happy to assist you with eligible returns, the return instructions, and the shipping address. If you need a return or exchange, send us an email so we can discuss a replacement or a refund.
SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Order Time:
1-2 Days (excluding weekends & Greek national holidays).
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
- Greece: 4-7 Business Days
- Europe: 7-12 Business Days
- USA: 14-18 Business Days
- Australia: 19-29 Business Days (items become untracked once they enter Australia.)
- Canada: 17-27 Business Days (items become untracked once they enter Canada.)
We ship with standard Hellenic Post. Please contact us in case you prefer an express delivery with a courier company of your choice (extra charges apply depending on the courier company and item's destination).
Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified with its shipping tracking number so you can track your item's route.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- The products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The products must be in original product condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
- We accept refunds after receiving back the item and checking its condition.
- Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.
- Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund.
- Important Refund Note: Please contact us before returning a product to ensure a smooth process and to avoid possible customs fees. If a product is returned to us with customs charges, the fee will be deducted from your refund.
